What you should know
Can I use PS5 recordings?
Yes. Transfer the recording to your computer in a supported video format and run CutFormatAI on Windows.
Do I need to upload my videos to the website?
No. Video analysis and creation are performed on your computer. An internet connection is required for registration, license verification and payment.
Does the app automatically track the subject?
Framing is currently adjusted manually. Automatic subject tracking is not available yet. If important objects do not fit, you can keep the full frame with a blurred background.
Are Shorts published directly to YouTube?
No. CutFormatAI saves MP4 files so you can review them and upload them to the platform of your choice.
Windows installation
Does Windows show a warning?
CutFormatAI does not yet have a publisher code-signing certificate, so Windows or your browser may warn you about a new or rarely downloaded application. Download the installer only from the official cutformat.com website and verify that the file is named CutFormatAI_Setup.exe.
